Outcomes may vary depending on numerous factors such as market demand, competition, and user behaviour.
2. Traffic and Performance Metrics
   We may provide general insights into website traffic or ad performance where available, but these are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise of performance. Any data shared is not a warranty or assurance of future results and sharing of such data is at the discretion of HRF..
3. Advertiser Responsibility
   It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that all submitted content (text, images, links, and promotions) is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with all relevant laws and advertising standards. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that we deem misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with the purpose of the directory.
4. Refund Policy
   All advertising payments are final and non-refundable once the listing has gone live. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of technical failure or listing errors directly attributable to our platform.
5. Types of Advertising
   Advertising and directory listings on HRF are at the discretion of the owners of HRF. Advertising of a sexual nature or with relation to racial slurs, bigotry or abuse will not be accepted under any circumstances. Anyone found to be submitting advertising of this nature will be blocked and removed immediately from all groups and associations with HRF. 
6. Modifications and Termination
   We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of our advertising services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates. We may also remove or suspend listings without notice if terms are violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, our directory and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to advertising on the platform.
