At the heart of the program is a thematically integrated approach, where all subject areas are woven together through the rich history of people, cultures, and civilisations. Families journey through 12 historical eras, beginning with Creation, Origins, and Ancient Civilisations, and progressing through to Post-modern Times. Each era includes a focused character trait, helping children connect academic learning with faith, values, and personal growth in a meaningful way.
The curriculum is intentionally multi-age and differentiated, making it ideal for families teaching more than one child. While the whole family explores the same historical theme, parents and teachers select age-appropriate thinking questions and activities for each child. This allows siblings to learn together while engaging at their own level of maturity, comprehension, and skill.
Learning is also designed to happen at your pace. Families can choose a three-year or six-year cycle through history, depending on their needs. A slower-to-average learner may complete two to three lessons per week per subject, while a highly motivated student may complete up to five lessons weekly, including creative and hands-on activities. This flexibility removes pressure and supports steady, confident progress.
