Introducing Tracy – Mind Stretchers

I’m Tracy – a homeschooling mum of three, a former primary school teacher, and a self-confessed bookworm who loves science. I started Mind Stretchers in 2021 with a simple goal: to create online learning experiences that are both engaging and exciting. I’m passionate about literacy, fascinated by science, and committed to helping children grow in confidence through interactive learning.

Who Are Mind Stretchers Classes For:

Mind Stretchers classes are most suitable for children aged 8 to 12 (as a guide) and are thoughtfully designed to be engaging and fun. Each session encourages curiosity and creativity through hands-on activities and optional experiments. Whether we’re diving into scientific investigations or exploring the magic of words, I aim to make every class mind-stretching and memorable.

I love exploring the fascinating world of science with kids, and my classes are packed with exciting topics and real-world connections. Previous homeschool science classes have included:

I’ve always loved reading, and I’m passionate about helping kids develop confidence and creativity through exploring and having fun with literacy. Previous homeschool classes have included:

Jokes – Learn the structure of a great joke and craft your own.
Poetry Fun – Create poems that play with rhythm and rhyme.
Tall Stories – Let imaginations run wild with exaggerated tales.

All classes are recorded, so if your family can’t join live, you can watch the replay at your convenience. And with one ticket covering your whole household, siblings are always welcome to join in the fun!
